All articles here are original. We do not copy from other publishers. If you believe we have published material infringing your copyright, tell us and we will investigate promptly.
Filing a Notice
Send notices to support@kalmausam.in with the subject line “DMCA Notice,” including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail to locate it — a direct URL is best.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What Happens Next
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. We may notify whoever posted the material and provide a copy of the notice.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to support@kalmausam.in with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate federal court.
Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA, knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may create liability for damages. Please consider whether a use may be permitted before filing.
Republishing Our Work
Brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link are fine. Republishing full articles or substantial portions requires prior written permission: support@kalmausam.in.
